National Nutrition Month is an informative campaign created annually by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. This year’s theme is “Bite into a Healthy Lifestyle,” which encourages everyone to exercise and eat healthier by consuming fewer calories and making smart choices in order to maintain a healthy weight and have well-being. Our first juice: PomPom Cheers
Ingredients: 1 apple, 1 cucumber, ½ lemon, 1 orange, and 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
