Gather Your Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 avocado
- 4 cups frozen blueberries
TIP: Use some frozen fruit for an icy thick texture.
Prep Your Ingredients
Rinse the blueberries, cut the stems off of the spinach leaves, and remove the skin and pit from the avocado.
Using the Smoothie Strainer
First things first, check that your smart cap is closed. You’ll want it closed so everything mixes together.
Next, pour in your almond milk (or the milk of your choice).
Last, slowly add in your ingredients in small portions. Make sure each portion has been crushed through before inserting your next one. Start with the soft ingredients and end with the hard ingredients. This will ensure all ingredients get pushed through. Once all ingredients have been inserted, let everything mix for a few moments. Then, grab yourself a glass, open the smart cap, and now you have a delicious blueberry avocado smoothie.
