I love my juicer, I use it every morning with no problems. The clean up is easy!
After doing some extensive research on the different types and brands of juicer, I decided to purchase this vertical slow juicer (C7000 series) base on its specs as well as reviews. The order experience was easy and delivery comes quickly. After putting it into use for 5 times a week, for the last two weeks, here’s my experience with the particular unit I received along with some pictures for your reference. PROS: *runs quiet *easy to assemble *quick clean up. *comes with a recipe book CONS: *gets stuck very often especially with cucumber, bell peppers and celery. This is happening even when I tried cutting the fruit/veggies into pieces. *pulp output opening always got stuck half way, leaving only half of the opening operable/accessible. *juice separate even after 10 hours after juicing. Despite a few great things that this machine offered, I do feel that it needs a lot more improvements. Its overall performance is not up to bar for its pricing.
Hi there! We are sorry you are not completely happy with the product. Can you please contact email@example.com so our agents can help you troubleshoot the issue you are addressing? When your juice is separating on multiple ingredients, that's different from separation caused by oxidation but we'll like to learn more so we can help!
I only used it 3 times and it broke. I’ve e-mailed support as their call center isn’t open and nothing. So I have a very expensive broken juicer. I do not recommend it at all.
We are very sorry that the juicer had issue in such a short time and we see that you have an open ticket with a warranty service. Please let us know how it goes so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
I was very excited when I bought my Kuvings Slow Juicer C7000. It is my first experience with a Slow Juicer. I made my homework by looking at different Kuvings video on Youtube to understand how to properly use it. It was an expensive item for me but I figure it was a good investment as it was going to help me become in better health. At first, I was very surprised to notice that the yield was very low compared to a centrifugal cleaner. Perhaps it was the type of vegetables or fruits I was using that was not optimal. However, it was clear to me when the machine only give me a couple of tablespoon for a whole bag of carrots that there was a problem. Or my machine was disfunctional or I would never be able to get enough nutriments in juicing. I decide to send the juicer back after some reflection. Obviously, I had to pay for the shipping of the item back to the store. I had pay 85 US in shipping to receive the item and 70 CAN in shipping to send back the item. I was a bit frustrated but I knew it was better to receive most of my payment back. To my total surprise, I received a FedEx letter a few nights later stating I needed to pay an additional 100$ Can for customs. This was for when the juicer was sent to me. I basically have to pay half of the juicer and have now nothing. I don’t understand how you can broadcast a price like this and sneak a hidden fee like this.... I am very disappointed in the juicer itself but I’m far more disappointed in the general experience. I will never buy this type of product again although I am sure Kuvings may have some possible good items. Do not get me wrong, I am not the type to complain about situations because I believe I learn from them. However, I do no what it to repeat itself to another customer and if you are also on a budget, it can be hard too.
Hi there. We are working to find a solution to make it more affordable for our customers in Canada with lower shipping and clearance fee and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. Regarding juicing carrots, it is very odd that you only got a couple of tablespoons for a whole bag of carrots. Wish we had the opportunity to provide a troubleshooting guide so we could fix the issue and we hope that we can serve you as our customers in the near future again.
Overall the juice is good but the output gets jammed too much
