Cranberry Sorbet

Sorbet is a healthy and tasty dessert option. Cranberries, rich in antioxidants and fiber, give this frozen treat a beautiful color. 


  • 2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed for 5 minutes
  • ½ cup condensed milk

Product Needed

Slow juicer, assembled with a blank strainer.


  1. Pour the condensed milk on the frozen cranberries. Mix until all the cranberries are coated.
  2. Slowly feed cranberries into the juicer. Allow the juicer to process the cranberries one small portion at a time.
  3. Collect extruded sorbet in a chilled bowl. Enjoy immediately.

Serves 1.
