- 2 cups frozen cranberries, thawed for 5 minutes
- ½ cup condensed milk
Slow juicer, assembled with a blank strainer.
- Pour the condensed milk on the frozen cranberries. Mix until all the cranberries are coated.
- Slowly feed cranberries into the juicer. Allow the juicer to process the cranberries one small portion at a time.
- Collect extruded sorbet in a chilled bowl. Enjoy immediately.
