Standard Processing

  • Please note, we are unable to ship any juicers or blender orders (excluding parts) to P.O. box addresses. If you order is placed with P.O. box address, please be advised that we may need to cancel your order. 
  • Orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, expected delivery lead time is 2-7 business days. 
  • Shop Kuvings reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within 1-4 business days.
  • All juicer and blender orders (excludes part orders) require a signature upon delivery.  Be advised that we can not be responsible for the lost item that's delivered without the signature requirement.

Address Change

  • Currently, we cannot change your address after the order is received. If you find any error in the address, please immediately call us at 1-888-682-5559 so we can help you cancel the order and re-order.

Canceling an Order

  • You can request to cancel your order by calling us at 1-888-682-5559 before the order is processed. However once the order is processed and sent for the fulfillment, we are not able to cancel or redirect your shipment. You will be responsible for any intercept free if you still need to request to cancel your order while the shipment is in transit. If you were not able to cancel and need to return your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

 Tracking Your Packages

  • You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
