If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Kuvings product(s) from www.kuvingsusa.com, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days (household) and 14 days (commercial) from receipt of shipment. The return process should be initiated by contacting us to receive a Return Authorization. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning products back to us.
- When using our prepaid label, a corresponding flat shipping cost per juicer or blender will be deducted from your refund.
- When using our prepaid label for returning parts only, $9.50 will be deducted from your refund.
- No prepaid label will be generated for your order total value less than $25.
Requirements for a Refund:
- The appliance must have been purchased from www.kuvingsusa.com. We do not accept returns of Kuvings branded products purchased from other retailers or resellers. Please contact the original location of purchase to consult about returning product(s).
- Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
- Conditions for returning household product(s) within 30 days:
- New/unused - must include all original packaging and merchandise.
- Used - must include all original packaging and merchandise, must be in clean and working condition. The product should not be damaged in any way upon inspection.
- If the product is returned unwashed or unclean, there will be a $99 minimum cleaning fee automatically deducted from the refund value.
- If the product and/or any of the included parts are damaged or missing, the cost of the part(s) or a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund value, whichever is higher.
- Do not return your Kuvings product without first obtaining a Return Authorization. Please note that Kuvings is not responsible for product(s) that is/are lost or damaged without following our return process and without obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- The Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label will be valid for 7 calendar days from the day issued. After that time, the RMA will be void and the return will not be accepted.
- For returns made without a valid RMA, with missing and or damaged parts or accessories, Kuvings reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the return.
- Kuvings will offer you a refund based on your original method of purchase. Within 30 days (household) and 15 days (commercial) from receipt of shipment, defective products may be returned for a replacement under warranty.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus any assessed fee(s) (if applicable), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. The refund may not appear on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
