"Poor performance for the amount of money paid. It is not high performing, which can produce large volumes of juice if one wanted to use it in a commercial setting. Very disappointed in the product."
Doesn’t perform like a commercial juicer
"Unfortunately this juicer doesn’t perform well. The main concern is that the pulp always gets clogged in the small space that it is to be pushed through, therefore the pulp backs up into the jar. It will not be able to be used in a business. I am going to seek a full refund. Because I need a high performing juicer for the business."

"I am not crazy about this professional juicer because I feel if you pay $1440. 00 for a juicer you should be able to juice linger that 20-30 minutes. I am using my old juicer that I got from my mom at same time I'm using this juicer. I have 2 juicer on counter at same time all because expensive juice can't keep up, if you didn't charge me to pay to ship it back to return it. I would. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay anything during that trial period if I don't like it. I can't make several juices to stock for food truck because I have to stop every 20-30minutes to change the juicer. Not satisfied."

"I love the juicer but I have to almost dice some of my fruits and vegetables , any that have strings inside , celery, pineapple , ginger and my leafy greens because if I dont they will get stuck and clog up the juicer and I have to stop and clean it out , very nerve recking."

- Does the citrus fruit need to be peeled?
- You can juice citrus with the rind, but we recommend cutting the citrus fruits into small pieces or slices for easier processing. Keep in mind that the rind can make the juice a bit more bitter.
- does this juicer work with wheat grass?
- Yes, you can juice leafy greens with our Whole Slow Juicers. For this type of produce we recommend bundling up the loose leaves into a small ball to make sure they are all caught and juiced by the auger.
- Does the commercial juicer come with sorbet attachments?
- No, the smoothie and blank (sorbets and ice cream) strainers are not available for this model. However, these accessories are sold separately for the CS600 Chef Series.
- In the video, it shows a peeled orange being put into the juicer, does citrus need to be peeled prior to juicing, or can the device handle whole citrus? I’m contemplating purchasing for my high volume bar where we juice lemons and limes constantly and this could save on labor considerably. Though only if the lemon and limes can be dropped in whole. Thank you!
