Ingredients
- 4 gala apples
- 3 Granny Smith apples
- 1 pumpkin
- 1 inch ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Directions
- Cut off the stem of the pumpkin and cut in half. Scoop out the seeds and insides and cut into large chunks.
- Juice the ingredients one piece at a time. Alternate between hard and soft ingredients for best results.
- Add cinnamon to the juice and stir.
- Pour into glasses. Serve chilled.
Tip
Save the pumpkin seeds to make an easy, fiber-rich snack! Rinse the seeds and lightly coat with oil and salt. Roast in the oven at 350℉ until golden and crispy.
