Pineapple and kiwi contain bromelain, an enzyme with anti-inflammatory properties. This replenishing juice is also rich in vitamin C, which fights fatigue.
- 3 kiwis, peeled
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium orange, peeled
- ½ cup pineapple
- A pinch of turmeric
Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
- Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit the juicer’s chute.
- Juice ingredients, alternating for best results. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
- Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
Be sure to include the skin of the apples when juicing. Most of the apple's nutrients are contained in their skin.
