Spooky Ghost Cookies

Spooky Ghost Cookies

While juice pulp doesn't cancel out the sugar, it does reduce kitchen waste and some sweet-tooth guilt. These cookies are also a fun way to involve the kids by letting them decorate their own ghost marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of butter (softened at room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • ⅓ tsp of salt
  • 1 ⅛ tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 ⅓ cups of cake flour (if using All-Purpose Flour, use 1 ¼ cups)
  • ⅔ cup of dry juice pulp
  • Marshmallows
  • Melted chocolate
