Apple Juice

Apple juice is not only detoxifying, but also good for lowering blood pressure, aiding digestion, and hydrating your skin. Best of all, apple juice is delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer. 

Directions

  1. Wash the apples well. Remove the stems.
  2. If needed, cut the apples to fit the juicer's chute.
  3. Juice the apples in the slow juicer. 
  4. Serve chilled.

Tip

Many nutrients are stored in the apple peel, so leave the peel on the apples when juicing.
