Apple Vegetable Juice

Full of vitamins and protein, this vegetable juice recipe is sweetened with apples.

  • 2 medium apples
  • ¾ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup kale
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • ¼ cup nuts, such as almonds or walnuts

Product Needed

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer. 


  1. Wash ingredients well. Remove any stems from the tomatoes. Cut ingredients as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
  2. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one portion at a time. Allow the juicer to process each portion before adding more ingredients. Alternate between hard and soft ingredients for best results.
  3. Serve chilled.
