Best of Summer Juice

The best, brightest summer produce in one delicious drink. This vibrant juice is full of vitamin A, vitamin C, and fiber. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • ½ medium yellow or orange bell pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • ½ cup strawberries

Product Needed

Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

Directions

  1. Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit the juicer’s chute.
  2. Juice ingredients, alternating for best results. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
  3. Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.

Serves 2.

Tip

The key to storing strawberries is keeping them cold and dry. Without washing or removing their stems, place strawberries on a tray lined with paper towels. Cover, then refrigerate.
