Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. Thaw the blueberries for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Slowly feed the blueberries into the juicer. Allow the juicer to process the blueberries one small portion at a time.
  3. Collect extruded sorbet in a chilled bowl. Enjoy immediately.

Tip

For a creamier sorbet, you can coat the blueberries in sweetened condensed milk before processing through the juicer.
