Green Lemonade

A cool, refreshing twist on classic lemonade. Apples and spinach provide fiber and iron, while lemons offer metabolism-boosting vitamin C. 

Ingredients

  • 3 medium lemons
  • 2 medium apples
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup carbonated water
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup

Product Needed

Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

Directions

  1. Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit the juicer’s chute.
  2. Juice the lemons, apples, and spinach, alternating ingredients. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
  3. Add the carbonated water and honey/agave syrup to the juice. Stir to combine. Serve chilled.

Serves 2. 

Tip

For sweeter lemonade, try a red apple variety, such as Fuji. For tangier lemonade, use Granny Smith apples.
