This creamy mango kale smoothie is full of vitamin C and antioxidants. Bananas add extra sweetness, as well as potassium. Cashews contain fiber and protein to help you feel full.
- ½ cup frozen mango, skin and seeds removed
- 1 handful kale (about ¼ cup)
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup cashews
- ¾ cup milk

Defrost the frozen ingredients for 5 minutes. Wash the kale well.
Cut ingredients into sizes needed to fit the juicer's chute.
Close the smart cap.
Add ingredients to the juicer. Start with a little milk, then alternate between the ingredients for best results. Be sure to add ingredients slowly, one piece at a time.
Let juicer run for about 1 minute to further mix the ingredients.
Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve chilled.
