Purple Cabbage Juice

This beautiful violet juice is incredibly easy to make with your Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer. You can throw in whole ingredients (like apples and oranges), or you can lock the lid and add smaller ingredients (like blueberries) without making mess.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 3 grapefruits (can substitute with oranges if you want a sweeter juice)
  • 1 purple cabbage
  • 3 cucumbers

Directions

  1. Peel the grapefruit and break into halves. Cut the cabbage and cucumbers into large chunks.
  2. Add ingredients to the juicer. Make sure to alternate between juicy ingredients and firm ingredients.
  3. Serve over ice and enjoy!
