- ¾ cup diced tomatoes, frozen
- 1 kiwi, frozen
- ¼ cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup milk
Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the smoothie strainer.
- Defrost the frozen ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Close the juicer's smart cap.
- Pour milk into the juicer. While the juicer is running, slowly add the other ingredients. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients one small piece at a time.
