Tomato Kiwi Smoothie

The power of tomatoes is hidden within this tropical smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup diced tomatoes, frozen
  • 1 kiwi, frozen
  • ¼ cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup milk

Product Needed

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the smoothie strainer.

Directions

  1. Defrost the frozen ingredients for 5 minutes.
  2. Close the juicer's smart cap.
  3. Pour milk into the juicer. While the juicer is running, slowly add the other ingredients. Allow the juicer to process the ingredients one small piece at a time. 
  4. Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve chilled.
