Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 3-4 bell peppers
- 4 oranges
- 3 carrots
Product Needed
Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
Directions
- To start, peel off oranges and remove pineapple's skin. Cut pineapple into chunks. Slice bell peppers in half then remove the seeds and stem. Peel carrots if desired.
- Begin adding fruit and veggies, making sure to alternate between them.
- If preferred, serve over ice.
