  • 1 pineapple
  • 3-4 bell peppers
  • 4 oranges
  • 3 carrots
Serves 3.

    Product Needed

    Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.


    1. To start, peel off oranges and remove pineapple's skin. Cut pineapple into chunks. Slice bell peppers in half then remove the seeds and stem. Peel carrots if desired.
    2. Begin adding fruit and veggies, making sure to alternate between them.
    3. If preferred, serve over ice.
