All juicers, blenders, citrus attachments, and insulated bottles are on sale. Replacement parts and select accessories are not included in the sale.
No. The Black Friday discount cannot be used with other coupons or promo codes.
You have to type the discount code “THANKS” at checkout to apply the 30% discount. The discount is not applied automatically.
30% off is our Black Friday discount and our biggest one of the year. If the price decreases within 30 days, we can adjust it.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders over $25 to 48 US states. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are calculated at checkout

Please check your order status page for the tracking information and delivery status. If marked as delivered, please check other areas around your residence/business, as packages are sometimes placed in different spots. If you still don’t see the package, please contact us for assistance.
We don’t offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
We don’t ship internationally. We only ship to the USA (50 US states) and Canada. If you’re interested in our products and are located outside the USA and Canada, please email help@kuvings.com to locate a distributor near you.
You’ll receive an email/text message with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
You can change your shipping address if you contact us within 3 hours. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change your shipping address.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We can offer an exchange if your order hasn’t shipped yet and you contact us within 3 hours of placing it. You can contact us using this page: https://www.kuvingsusa.com/pages/contact-us. If your order has shipped, you will have to return the product and place a new order. If qualified, we may honor the original discount.
What’s Included
All our home juicers come with a sorbet strainer. Our commercial juicers do not.
Yes. All our juicers come with a juicing strainer, which is the strainer you use to make nut milks.
All our home juicers come with a smoothie strainer, except the C7000 and B6000 models. The smoothie strainer is sold separately for these two models. All our commercial juicers come with a coarse strainer, which can be used to make smoothies. The AUTO10 Plus, EVO820, C7000, and B6000 juicers come with strainers.

Other Questions
The AUTO10 Plus comes with a hopper extension that increases the hopper's capacity to 135 oz and a stainless steel blade. The AUTO10 has a 100-oz large-capacity hopper. Home juicers can operate for about 30-45 minutes, while commercial juicers can operate for up to 24 hours. Some commercial models also come with special certifications, making them authorized for use in businesses.
