"Had to replace the top to my Kuvings juicer and contacted the company for the part. A very nice representative of Kuvings called me the day of my order. It turned out that they had updated the part I needed which meant I needed ANOTHER new part in order to fit my older juicer. They sent that part too, and at no extra charge! This company still believes in good old fashioned customer service! Thanks Kuvings!"
