"I purchased this product Aug 6 and less than a month later it smelled like an electrical fire and stopped working . I told kuvings about the issue and they said they would send a return label for repair. Well it’s been about 2weeks and no label . I am out almost 2000 dollars. I’m back to using older juicer . Gut Told me to buy Hurom."

"Unfortunately this juicer doesn’t perform well. The main concern is that the pulp always gets clogged in the small space that it is to be pushed through, therefore the pulp backs up into the jar. It will not be able to be used in a business. I am going to seek a full refund. Because I need a high performing juicer for the business."

"I am not crazy about this professional juicer because I feel if you pay $1440. 00 for a juicer you should be able to juice linger that 20-30 minutes. I am using my old juicer that I got from my mom at same time I'm using this juicer. I have 2 juicer on counter at same time all because expensive juice can't keep up, if you didn't charge me to pay to ship it back to return it. I would. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay anything during that trial period if I don't like it. I can't make several juices to stock for food truck because I have to stop every 20-30minutes to change the juicer. Not satisfied."
