"It didn't get all the way down to the rind on top of naval orange, it says to press gently, seems like you would have to press harder and I was too afraid of burning out motor. Peeling and then juicing seems the best to me for amount of juice you get & less mess. I tried juicing mandarin oranges and it just separated them one by one barely juiced them that's when I decided I will just peel them all and juice them. Otherwise the juicer is amazing I have had it for about 2 weeks, use it 3 x's a week for batch juicing, best juicer I have owned yet out the 3."

ALMOST PERFECT- BUT THERE'S ONE SMALL PROBLEM

"This would've been perfect with 5 stars, but there's one small issue. . . . the remnants/pulp from juicing gets caught at the base and can't be cleaned unless you unscrew all the components, take it apart, then put it back together. Juice and pulp gets trapped by falling through the middle piece/ black stick and resting at the bottom between the actual clear plastic bowl and bottom black base."

Q&A

The recipe book does not mention juicing beets. Why? Any special instructions for beets?: Yes, you can juice beets with REVO830 Series. Since beets are large and very hard, we recommend cutting beets into small pieces and feeding the juicer slowly. Is this compatible with cs700?: No, there is no citrus attachment available for the CS700 Master Chef Series. The citrus attachment from other models will not work with this juicer.
What about the harmful chemicals in the machine I want to know whether anyone has come down with cancer and how long or how many times did they use the machine: Proposition 65 requires businesses to disclose their use of specific chemicals to Californians. Some parts used in producing the motor base use ABS, which may contain butadiene and ethenylbenzene. It’s inside the motor base and doesn’t come in contact with you or your food.
