Basil Pesto Pasta Combination of a fragrant basil and olive oil, pine nuts and parmesan cheese!
Make your own aromatic pasta.
Pasta (100g), 1 pack of fresh basil,
2 teaspoons of parmesan cheese,
2 teaspoons of pine nuts, 5 teaspoons of olive oil,
Salt and pepper
1. Roast the pine nuts on a pan until they reach a brown color.
2. Blend the basil and Parmesan cheese along with the pine nuts and olive oil.
Turn the dial to MIN for blending. Blend until you have reached the desired texture. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Boil the pasta and rinse in cold water.
4. Serve the pasta and add the sauce.
