Bell Pepper Juice

Bell peppers are an excellent source of antioxidants. They contain vitamin A and vitamin C, key vitamins for healthy skin.


  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • ¼ of a medium lemon 

Serves 2. 

Product Needed

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer. 


  1. Wash the ingredients well. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
  2. Cut ingredients as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
  3. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one portion at a time. Allow the juicer to process each portion before adding more ingredients. Alternate between the ingredients for best results.
  4. Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled. 


We recommend juicing red, orange, and yellow bell peppers. They tend to be sweeter than green bell peppers.
