Bell peppers are an excellent source of antioxidants. They contain vitamin A and vitamin C, key vitamins for healthy skin.
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 medium cucumber
- ¼ of a medium lemon

- Wash the ingredients well. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- Cut ingredients as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
- Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one portion at a time. Allow the juicer to process each portion before adding more ingredients. Alternate between the ingredients for best results.
- Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
We recommend juicing red, orange, and yellow bell peppers. They tend to be sweeter than green bell peppers.
