Blue Orange Juice

This antioxidant-rich juice is full of vitamin C and vitamin A. The hidden vegetable in this sweet juice, red cabbage, adds an extra boost of fiber.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup red cabbage
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 carrots (about 7 inches each)
  • 2 medium oranges

Serves 2.

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer. 

Directions

  1. Wash the ingredients well. Peel the oranges and carrots. 
  2. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients. Alternate between hard and soft pieces for best results.
  3. Stir finished juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
