Cabbage Juice

Red cabbage has more antioxidants than green cabbage, but green cabbage has more vitamin K. Choose which type of cabbage better suits your needs and juice it with an apple!

Ingredients

  • ½ red or green cabbage (about 3 cups)
  • 1 medium apple

Serves 2.

Directions

  1. Wash the ingredients well. Soak the cabbage in water for 3-5 minutes to soften.
  2. Cut ingredients as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
  3. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one portion at a time. Allow the juicer to process each portion before adding more ingredients. 
  4. Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
