Carrot Banana Orange Smoothie

Carrots are a great source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. This is an ideal smoothie for weight loss and brightening the skin.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 banana
  • 1 medium orange
  • ½ cup milk

Serves 1.

Directions

  1. Peel ingredients and cut into small pieces. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Thaw the frozen ingredients for about 10 minutes before use.
  3. Close the smart cap. Slowly feed frozen ingredients into the juicer.
  4. Pour in the milk and let the juicer run for 20 seconds to mix.
  5. Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve immediately.
