- 1 medium carrot
- 1 banana
- 1 medium orange
- ½ cup milk
Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the smoothie strainer.
- Peel ingredients and cut into small pieces. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Thaw the frozen ingredients for about 10 minutes before use.
- Close the smart cap. Slowly feed frozen ingredients into the juicer.
- Pour in the milk and let the juicer run for 20 seconds to mix.
- Open the smart cap to release the smoothie. Serve immediately.
