Carrot Juice

Carrots are firm and look dry, but they can actually be juiced and yield a good amount of juice. Carrot juice also tastes good on its own, making for an easy single-ingredient juice.

Experience Level: Beginner

Ingredients

  • 4 carrots (about 7 inches each)

Serves 1.

Product Needed

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

Directions

  1. Wash the carrots well. Peel the carrots and remove the tops.
  2. If needed, cut carrots to fit the juicer's chute.
  3. Slowly add carrots to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more carrots.
