The zing of lemon in this cherry cocktail amplifies the sweet raspberries, while mint provides a cool burst of refreshment. This sweet and tart cocktail can be made with your slow juicer. No muddling necessary!
- 1 cup cherries, pits and stems removed
- ½ of one medium lemon
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1¼ cups sparkling water
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
- 2-3 large mint leaves

- Wash the produce well.
- Slowly juice the cherries, lemon, and raspberries, alternating between ingredients. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
- Add the juice to a shaker filled with ice, along with the sparkling water, vodka, and syrup. Shake firmly until frothy. Pour into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
For a non-alcoholic drink, skip the vodka and add more sparkling water instead.
