- 1 cup sliced fennel
- 1 medium apple
- 2 medium cucumbers
- ½ lemon
Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
- Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit the juicer’s chute.
- Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients. For best results, juice by alternating hard and soft ingredients. Start with the apple and end with a piece of cucumber.
