- 1 medium apple
- 4 carrots (about 7 inches each)
- 1/4 cup ginger root (about 4 inches)
- 1 inch turmeric root or 1/2 tsp powdered turmeric

- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Juice the ingredients, alternating for best results. Be sure to slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
- Stir juice to further combine, if necessary. Serve chilled.
Peel the ginger before juicing. Simply scrape the ginger with a spoon to easily remove the peel.
