- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cabbage
- 2 medium apples
- ½ large green bell pepper, stems and seeds removed
- ½ lime
Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
- Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit into the juicer’s chute.
- Juice the ingredients, alternating for best results. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
- Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
For sweeter juice, use Fuji or other red variety apples.
