Green Spinach Juice

Spinach can help to reduce inflammation in the body, while also providing much-needed iron and vitamin A. This juice is rich in flavor due to its sweet apples and vibrant lime. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 2 medium apples
  • ½ large green bell pepper, stems and seeds removed
  • ½ lime

Product Needed

Slow juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

Directions

  1. Cut ingredients into sizes that will fit into the juicer’s chute.
  2. Juice the ingredients, alternating for best results. Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to process each piece before adding more ingredients.
  3. Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.

Serves 2. 

Tip

For sweeter juice, use Fuji or other red variety apples.
