Pineapple Juice & Skin Tea

Enjoy two delicious anti-inflammatory drinks from just one pineapple! Juice the fruit for refreshing pineapple juice, and don’t forget the skin—boil it with some spices for a delightful pineapple peel tea.

Pineapple Juice

Pineapple juice is sweet, golden, and simply delicious. Pineapples contain bromelain, a group of enzymes that help reduce inflammation. The fruit is also rich in vitamin C, which boosts your immune system and promotes healthy skin.

The soft, fibrous fruit can be tricky to juice, but we’ve uncovered a technique that makes juicing pineapple foolproof. For a more detailed guide on how to juice pineapple, read this post.
