By participating in the Kuvings Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”), either as a Referrer or a Referred Friend, you agree to comply with Kuvings’ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the following Program-specific terms.
How the Program Works
To participate, Referrers must complete the registration steps at https://www.kuvingsusa.com/pages/refer-a-friend. Upon completion, referrers will have the option to send Referred Friends an “Invite Link” via email or by directly sharing the Invite Link. By participating, you confirm that you have your friend’s consent to share the link and that communications will be made in a personal, appropriate manner.
When a Referred Friend clicks your link and completes a first-time purchase of $300 or more (before taxes, shipping, and discounts) on www.kuvingsusa.com, this counts as a Qualified Referral. Only the first purchase made by a Referred Friend qualifies. Additional or repeat purchases will not result in additional rewards. The Referrer and Referred Friend must be different individuals and reside in separate households. Referring yourself using alternate identities, email addresses, or aliases is strictly prohibited.
Referral Reward
For each Qualified Referral, the Referrer will receive a $60 Kuvings USA digital gift card, delivered via email. The gift card can be redeemed at checkout using the code provided and may be used toward any future purchase on kuvingsusa.com, including shipping costs. Gift cards do not expire, may be combined with other gift cards, and can be used together with a valid discount code. A maximum of $599 rewards may be earned per calendar year. Rewards are issued 14 days after the Referred Friend’s order is placed, provided the order is valid and not canceled or returned. Referral reward amounts and other program incentives may vary during seasonal or promotional periods.
Referred Friend Benefits & Eligibility
To be eligible, a Referred Friend must be a new customer to Kuvings, with no prior purchases under any name, email address, or alias. They must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and make their qualifying purchase by clicking the referral link they received. Eligible Referred Friends will receive a 10% discount code valid on their first order of $300 or more. The code may only be used once and is limited to one per customer and household. Discount amounts and eligibility criteria may be adjusted during seasonal or promotional campaigns.
The offer does not apply to past purchases made before the Program launch. If a Referred Friend does not complete their purchase using the referral link or referral code, the reward cannot be issued. Requests to retroactively apply a referral to past or existing orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Referral Link Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Referral links must be shared privately and directly with people you know. You may not distribute your link in bulk emails, on public websites, coupon sites, deal forums, or through any channel that could be considered spam or unauthorized commercial promotion. Referrers must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws. Any activity deemed abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of pending or earned rewards.
Eligibility & Limitations
This Program is available to individuals only. Businesses, agencies, or affiliate/influencer networks may not participate. Referral rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be redeemed on kuvingsusa.com. Referrers are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from rewards received.
Modifications & Termination
Kuvings reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. We may close any Referrer or Referred Friend account and revoke rewards if fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Improperly earned rewards may be revoked or recovered. Any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited if the Program is ended.
