Customer service is not helpful
"The bowl (new item) and the lid(old item) do not line up together. I have tried reaching and customer service has not been helpful. I have asked what to do or if I need to return the product so I can buy a new juicer (most likely will not be kuvings) I’ve had problems with Kuvings customer in the past and they are not helpful or care about helping with problems."
