Customer service is not helpful
"My review is not for the product it is for customer service. I originally reached out with my model number and they told me which item to order (because I did not see my model to order parts) and gave me a link to order. Got the item and it did not work, lid and bowl no longer liner up. Informed Kuvings, as I thought I ordered the correct part under their guidance and they did not seem to care except to tell me I was wrong. This is not my first run in with bad customer service. I will purchase a new juicer but not with this company."
