"Hi: Our juicer is 2 years and 2 months old. About 6 months ago, a piece of the juicing bowl chipped off. After contacting Kuvings, we received a new bowl free of charge, considering the juicer is relatively new. Then about 3 months ago, we started to have a lot of plup in the juice and we ordered another one figuring the contact point has been worn out. That did not improve the situation and one day a piece of lid came off. We tried since then to use it but not able to. We are surprised how soon the machine stops functioning properly. We have had other juicers before (Braun and Breville) and both brands are more solid than Kuvings. We cannot use the machine anymore unless we change the lid and maybe the strainer but not willing to spend another $100 to get it going. We never finished a juicer in such a short time. Thoughts??"
