"Very poor quality. The side parts broke very easily, which is unacceptable for a machine with so much power. It feels very fragile, and I do not recommend it. All the materials seem cheap and low quality."

"My rating. has gone from a 5 down to a 4, because I have the hardest time disassembling the juicer. It comes together easy, but I'm always wrestling with it trying to take it apart to clean it. It appears, this is a common problem. And the video does not assist in issues with disassembly. I would really like this issue to be fixed so that I can move along from juicing one thing to the next, however, after the first juicing and the struggle, I don't want to juice anymore until later, because I don't want to go through the struggle again of the disassembly to clean it. This doesn't happen with the bigger Kuvings juicer models that my sisters own. However, I don't need the big model. I just need for this one to work smoothly for me."

"I purchased the NJ9500 as the "tie over" on my plan of use while i save for my goal of obtaining a NAMA juicer in not to distant future. The pleasant surprise is that i am very content with the efficiency and sturdiness of the NJ9500. So much so, that this juicer is NOW reason for me to pause and use without a thought to upgrade. The machine is a good quality juicer with impressive functioning. Im pleased with the result easy clean up as well as the tast of the result. NAMA will have ti waot its turn. "Move along, nothing to see here. This particular model is cheaply designed to appeal to the more budget-friendly consumer, but honestly, you can purchase a slightly better quality at Costco…or any other consumer-friendly store. I purchased based on YouTubers, but this Ain't that! Mouth is much smaller, not suitable for Whole Food Feed and this particular juicer can be a bit complicated to assemble and disassemble, and it is very loud‼️ The only reason I’m not giving it one star, it did spit out some juice…"
