Almond Pulp Crackers

Crackers are one of the easiest pulp recipes because they don’t require many ingredients or much effort! You can make them using milk pulp or a vegetable-based juice pulp!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond pulp
  • 2 tbsp oregano (or your choice of seasoning)
  • 1-2 tbsp almond milk (optional) 

Makes 20 crackers.

Kuvings AUTO10 Plus Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.

Directions

  1. Make almond milk with the juicer and save the pulp.
  2. Add pulp and seasoning to a food processor and blend until everything is well combined. If it’s too dry, add some almond milk.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet and flatten into a thin layer.
  4. Cut the crackers into squares.
  5. Place in the dehydrator at 130°F for about 8 hours or in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes in the oven, flip the crackers over and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
  6. Let the crackers cool before enjoying or storing in an airtight container.
