Ingredients
- 2 cups almond pulp
- 2 tbsp oregano (or your choice of seasoning)
- 1-2 tbsp almond milk (optional)
Makes 20 crackers.

Directions
- Make almond milk with the juicer and save the pulp.
- Add pulp and seasoning to a food processor and blend until everything is well combined. If it’s too dry, add some almond milk.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet and flatten into a thin layer.
- Cut the crackers into squares.
- Place in the dehydrator at 130°F for about 8 hours or in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes in the oven, flip the crackers over and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
- Let the crackers cool before enjoying or storing in an airtight container.
