Triple Berry Smoothie

You may be expecting that this berry smoothie uses strawberries and raspberries, but it actually uses less common berry types, specifically goji berries and acai berries.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup acai berries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut powder
  • 4 walnuts, shelled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 20 ice cubes

Serves 2.

Product Needed

Kuvings Vacuum Blender or Kuvings Power Blender.

Directions

  1. Wash and prep ingredients as needed.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour smoothie into a glass. Serve chilled.

Tip

Berries like goji and acai often come in powder form. If using powder for this recipe, add the recommended amount listed on the package.
