🥥 Homemade Coconut Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked for at least 8 hours or overnight)
  • 1 young coconut (water and flesh)
  • 1 cup water (or more, to reach your desired consistency)

Directions

  1. Place the almonds in a bowl, cover with water, and soak for at least 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked almonds.
  3. Close the juicer's Smart Cap.
  4. Add the coconut water, coconut flesh, and soaked almonds to the hopper.
  5. Slowly alternate between small portions of almonds and water, allowing the juicer enough time to process each batch.
  6. Once juicing is complete, open the Smart Cap to release the coconut almond milk.
  7. For a smoother, lighter texture, strain the milk through a fine-mesh strainer or nut milk bag if desired.
