Ingredients

  • 1 cup (3.5 oz) wheatgrass
  • 1 medium orange
  • 2 medium pears

Serves 1.

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer. 

Directions

  1. Wash ingredients well. Remove stems from the pears and peel the orange.
  2. Cut ingredients as needed to fit the juicer's chute.
  3. Juice the ingredients one piece at a time. Allow the juicer to fully process each portion before adding more ingredients.
  4. Serve chilled.

Tip

When juicing wheatgrass, gather each portion into a tight bunch. Insert a piece of fruit after each portion to help weigh down the wheatgrass. Use the pusher if needed.
