Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 bunch wheatgrass
- 1-inch piece of ginger
Serves 6.

Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
Directions
- Wash and roughly chop the ingredients.
- Turn on the juicer.
- Hands-free juicer: Load the leafy greens at the bottom of the hopper, followed by the ginger and apples. Close the lid.
- Manual-feed juicer: Feed the ingredients into the juicer. Alternate between the soft leafy greens and the apples.
- Pour the juice into small bottles and enjoy!
