Tomatoes contain vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin C, folate, potassium, and vitamin K. They also contain lycopene, an antioxidant linked to cancer prevention. Apple adds sweetness to this juice.
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium apple
Kuvings Whole Slow Juicer, assembled with the juicing strainer.
- Wash the ingredients well. Remove stems from the apple and tomatoes.
- If needed, cut ingredients to fit the juicer's chute.
- Slowly add ingredients to the juicer one portion at a time. Allow the juicer to process each portion before adding more ingredients.
- Stir juice to further combine. Serve chilled.
