Why a Commercial Juicer?

If you're making juice for a juice bar, restaurant, or other business, you need a commercial juicer. Kuvings commercial juicers have a duty cycle of 24 hours, while our household juicers have a duty cycle of 30 minutes. The motor in our commercial juicers is designed to withstand continuous use and has built-in ventilation. Additionally, the CS700 and CS700X are NSF-listed with stainless steel parts.

What is NSF?

NSF International is a company that inspects foodservice equipment to ensure they meet sanitation and food safety standards. NSF certification is highly recommended for commercial equipment in order to adhere to health codes and keep customers safe.

Differences Between the CS700 and CS600 Models

The CS700 is has a stainless steel bowl in order for it to be NSF-certified. The CS600 has a plastic juicing bowl and it is not NSF-certified. Additionally, the CS600 can be used with attachments (sold separately) to make smoothies and sorbets. If you need NSF certification, choose the CS700 or CS700X.

Difference Between the CS700 and CS700X Models

The machines are exactly the same, but the CS700 comes with two topsets and the CS700X comes with one topset. A benefit to having two topsets is that one can be rinsed or cleaned while the other is in use.
