"Ive had this juicer for about a couple of years or so and wish I didn't purchase this model. Fruits get jammed and I have to stop mid juicing to dig out and clean so that I can continue juicing. I'm not getting the full benefits from the juice since it's not straining everything as it should. I've reached out to customer service a couple of times a while back and they did not help me with anything besides advising how to juice the fruit and that didn't work either. I'm very disappointed that I paid $700 for a juicer I'm not satisfied with!"

"I've had this juicer for about 6 years. It still works as good as it did day one. It's a slow juicer and it's smooth. I don't have any pulp in my juice and I like that because I use the juice to make smoothies with my frozen fruit. Awesome machine."

Great for most juices, but not citrus

"Second time using the machine, lid cracked. They sent a replacement. All was good for a while and then the strainer blew up. I replaced it. Customer service recommended cutting citrus into fourths and I’ve done that ever since. Next time juicing limes and it does it again. This time the strainer busts so bad it chips the auger. Customer service replaced the strainer. They break at the seams where the metal and plastic are molded together. Then the juicing bowl cracked. Replaced. 3 months later, the strained blows AGAIN! It handles almost everything except citrus. It also struggles with ginger and pineapple and gets jammed up. This is once a week use (if that). It’s not an easy machine to clean so juicing daily is not a thing. 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, good for MOST juices but not all. Customer service is good."

"I have had a few juices in my day and this one really is very simple to use sweet juice. They provide you with all unnecessary accessories you need including a strainer to get rid of the pulp. . I even got the citrus attachment, which worked excellent. I really like this machine. . and while no choosing machine is an easy clean, this one does come apart pretty easy for renting. I’ve had about two months now and I really like it."

"the product is 5 starts. but im taking off some stars for the kuvings unethical practices. their website google was showing a discount but upon clicking onto kuvings, there was no such thing. im a techie, so no, i was clicking on the correct link, it was in google, it was taking me TO KUVINGS, but upon reach the page, the promo wouldnt load. anyhow. . i also got the promo in email, plain and simple and they refused to honor it. it was pretty straight forward. also, the promo had 'officially' just ended for the black friday week i guess but i still got the email. . . so. . what is the loss to the company by still honoring a very valid coupon a customer received after showing interest in their product? in this day and age. . that's not looking to good. ."
