Differences Between the CS700 and CS600 Models
The CS700 has a stainless steel bowl in order for it to be UL EPH Classified to NSF/ANSI 8. The CS600 has a plastic juicing bowl, and it is not UL EPH Classified to NSF/ANSI 8. Additionally, the CS600 can be used with attachments (sold separately) to make smoothies and sorbets. If you need these classifications, choose the CS700 or CS700X.
Difference Between the CS700 and CS700X Models
The machines are exactly the same, but the CS700 comes with two topsets and the CS700X comes with one topset. A benefit to having two topsets is that one can be rinsed or cleaned while the other is in use.
